ADW has grown to eight full-time commercial real estate appraisers as well as four full-time residential real estate appraisers. David Aucamp, SRA

David Aucamp, SRA, heads the residential real estate operations of the company. He is a native of South Florida, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. He has spent his 40-year professional career as a residential real estate appraiser in this area. David earned the highly regarded SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and has built a solid reputation for specializing in appraising luxury homes. He has extensive experience providing expert testimony as well as working with estate planners, accountants, and attorneys.

Jonathan Whitney, MAI

Jonathan Whitney, MAI, heads the commercial real estate operations, and values all major commercial real property types: industrial, office, retail, and multifamily. Additionally, he appraises and advises clients on mixed-use projects, vacant sites, residential subdivisions / condominiums, and various special purpose properties. Assignments range from relatively straight forward assignments (individual commercial condominium units) to multi-phased projects with complex cash flow considerations (proposed mixed-use towers).

Jonathan earned his master's degree from the University of Florida in 2000. He has over 20 years of experience valuing property in the South Florida market, as well as over a decade of experience in providing expert witness testimony. Jonathan recently served as the Secretary of the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Boca Raton. He recently served on the Board of Directors for the South Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He also serves as an Elder at Spanish River Church and is the Fund Board Treasurer for the Rotary Club Downtown Boca Raton.

Judith Dellenback

Judy Dellenback recently retired after decades of providing appraisals involving a wide range of residential property in the South Florida market. She is regarded for her reputation for her quality and professionalism in the local market among our clients since the 1970s.

Kent Dellenback

Kent Dellenback graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 1974 and soon after began appraising commercial real estate. Kent retired several years ago after decades of appraising a wide range of commercial properties in South Florida. His knowledge and professionalism earned him an enduring legacy in the local market.
